1. Email info@bk911.com for FREE Client Intake Forms. (PDF format)

2. Bankruptcy 911 drafts complete bankruptcy petition for your approval.    

3. Attorney cover sheet is attached with client concerns or matters needing attorney direction.         

4. Once approved, Bankruptcy 911 will obtain any missing information from the client and fax
   or e-mail attorney the information and finalize the petition.

5. Any changes that need to be made should be noted at this time and returned to Bankruptcy 911
   with recommendation for the final draft.

6. When the petition is complete, your law firm information and attorney compensation statement will
   be prepared.  The entire petition is converted into PDF format and e-mailed to you for final review
           and printing. The PDF file is also suitable for electronic filing.

number. Our name does not appear on any part of the petition.  All client and
attorney information is held in strictest confidence.
